These Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice govern your use of STL Concrete Guide, operated by Nfinier, LLC as part of the affiliated STL Guide Network. By submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and agree to both documents.

Operator and service

The site is operated by Nfinier, LLC. It provides general educational information, planning tools, and an optional referral service. Nfinier, LLC is not a concrete contractor, engineer, architect, inspector, code official, insurer, or home-improvement provider through this site.

No professional advice or guarantee

Content and calculator results are general planning information only. They are not a quote, bid, diagnosis, warranty, code determination, or legal, engineering, tax, or other professional advice. Verify property-specific conditions and requirements with qualified professionals and authorities.

Independent providers

Providers are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Nfinier, LLC. We do not guarantee availability, qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, estimates, contracts, schedules, workmanship, safety, permits, warranties, or outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating and contracting with any provider.

Referral consent and communications

If you submit a project request and agree to these Terms, you authorize Nfinier, LLC and affiliated STL Guide Network sites to review it, route it to a sister site when another category is a better match, contact you about it, and share relevant information with one or more independent providers so they may contact you directly by phone, email, or text as permitted by law. As stated beside the form checkbox, project-related calls or texts may use automated technology, and consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. We may also follow up about whether a provider responded, an estimate or hiring occurred, work was completed, and your feedback. A response or match is not guaranteed, and you are not obligated to hire anyone. Optional marketing consent is separate and may be withdrawn.

Commercial relationships

Submitting a request is free for homeowners. Nfinier, LLC may receive compensation from participating providers for introductions, advertising, or resulting opportunities. Compensation does not guarantee placement, endorsement, or project results.

User responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, have authority to submit the request, and use the site lawfully. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical data, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Do not interfere with the site, submit unlawful or harmful content, or misuse another person’s information.

Safety and emergencies

This site and form are not monitored for emergencies. For fire, gas, electrical, structural-collapse, flooding, downed-line, or immediate safety concerns, contact 911, the appropriate utility, or local emergency services.

Intellectual property

Site content, design, and branding are owned by or licensed to Nfinier, LLC. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial project planning, but may not copy, scrape, republish, or exploit it without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nfinier, LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or provider interactions. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount, if any, you paid Nfinier, LLC for the site service giving rise to the claim, except where law does not permit that limitation.
