Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Nfinier, LLC handles information through STL Concrete Guide and affiliated STL Guide Network sites.

Reviewed and updated September 11, 2026

Information we collect

We may collect information you submit, including name, email, phone, ZIP code, state, project type, project description, service-location information, consent choices, and communications. We may also receive basic technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser information, referring page, visited pages, timestamps, and campaign parameters.

How we use information

  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site.
  • Respond to requests, route them to an affiliated sister site when another category is a better match, and share them with one or more relevant independent providers with consent.
  • Communicate about and administer a service request, including following up to learn whether a provider responded, whether an appointment or estimate occurred, whether a provider was hired, whether work was performed or completed, and the user’s feedback or project outcome.
  • Evaluate referral quality and provider performance.
  • Measure site performance, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect rights.

How we share information

With required consent, we may share project-request information among affiliated STL Guide Network sites and with one or more relevant independent providers so they can contact you directly. Providers may store the information in their own email, phone, customer-management, or business systems.

We use service providers to operate the site and process information on our behalf. These currently include OpenAI Sites, which supports site publishing and management, and Cloudflare, which supports site delivery and security; Zoho, which provides form and email services and stores submissions and related messages; and Google Analytics, which provides the limited site measurements described below. We may also use vendors supporting communications, security, CRM, lead routing, and related operations. We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction. Nfinier, LLC may receive compensation from participating providers for introductions, referrals, advertising, or resulting opportunities that involve the request-specific sharing described in this Notice. We do not sell standalone lists of consumer personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may have privacy rights concerning certain disclosures; see our Privacy Choices page.

Cookies and tracking

The site and service providers may use cookies, logs, pixels, or similar technologies for operation, security, measurement, and campaign attribution. A browser or in-app browser, including one opened from a social platform, may separately collect information under its own policies. We do not control third-party browser or platform tracking.

Choices

Nfinier, LLC may contact you by email or phone using the contact information you provide to administer and follow up on a submitted service request. Follow-up may include asking whether a referred provider contacted you, whether an appointment, site visit, or estimate occurred, whether you hired a provider, whether work was performed or completed, and for feedback about the referral, provider, or project outcome. As stated beside the form checkbox, project-related calls or texts may use automated technology where permitted by law. Marketing email is optional, and you may use an unsubscribe link or contact us to opt out. Project-request consent is not blanket consent to unrelated recurring marketing. Browser settings may limit cookies, though some functionality could be affected.

Retention and security

We retain information, including referral feedback and project-outcome records, for as long as reasonably necessary to administer and document requests and referrals, communicate with you, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the record type, request status, and applicable legal requirements.

We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for a legal claim, investigation, security matter, or legal hold. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted or de-identified, subject to routine backup and archival processes. We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet system is guaranteed secure.

Children and regional rights

The site is intended for adults. Do not submit a request if you are under 18. You may contact us with questions or requests concerning your personal information. We will evaluate and respond to requests as required by applicable law. We may retain information as permitted or required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, and legitimate business recordkeeping.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Accept analytics” in the optional analytics banner. It stays off unless you opt in, and your project request works either way. You can change that choice on the Privacy Choices page. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers for site measurement; see the details above. We do not currently use advertising pixels. Hosting, security, and form services may use strictly necessary technologies to operate and protect the site or deliver a request.
